German chef-owner Hans Mannheim is a culinary graduate of Knoll School in Berlin. He originally trained as a pastry chef at the Edelweiss Hof in Berlin and studied hotel management at the Hotel Glockenspiel in Frankfurt. Hans worked in England, France and Canada before making his home Florida. Together with his wife Heika, they opened the Old German Restaurant. This year marks 28 successful years.
